New from Eon Gyanankur

If Eon Gyanankur parents have comments please drop a letter to the school or arrange to meet your child’s teacher or headmistress. This website is not the schools inhouse website and is primary for the trust that runs the Gyanankur school in Kesnand. Our structure in Eon Gyanankur has changed to PDEA having management, whilst Gyanankur people are still volunteering their time to give input into the school.  We will call a parents meeting before the end of July.. We need to call a number of meetings as there is no place for a one time only meeting. In the meantime there are timings to meet your teacher and the headmistress on the board at the front of the school and parents are already setting up these meetings. Thanks.

Sept. 23rd.Eon Gyanankur, Kharadi.

School is open again. We ask all parents to give your children something to cover their mouths during the van trips.

Van drivers and teachers are checking every child every day, and not allowing children with any flu symptoms to attend school.

School is being fumigated every week on Saturday.

Please, unless you have particular health concerns send your children to school.

The flu virus does not live more than 24 hours on a hard surface, less on hands.

LKGC and D are clean and the little boy is recovered but taking one more week at home to rest.

Swine Flu Update

At Kharadi school in LKGC and D one child has been found to have Swine flu. These two classes as they share the same room will be closed until the 18th Sept. We are closing the school tomorrow…Tuesday 15th Sept to fumigate the school. We remind all parents again not to send your child to school if they have any cold/fever/runny nose/cough or other symptoms of flu. Our van drivers and teachers are checking every child each morning and if you get a call to pick your child up please cooperate immediately. Thanks.PS. There is a screening centre in Kharadi (behind Rakshak nagar Phase 1 , Anusaya Park ) there is a swine flu OPD. The timings are morning 9 to 12 and afternoon 3 to 5pm. If you have any doubt please attend that centre.
